On a significant day for security forces and educational institutions, Amit Shah is set to address the 57th Raising Day ceremony of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in Mundali, Odisha. This event marks a celebration of the CISF’s contributions to national security and public safety.

In addition to the CISF ceremony, Shah will lay the foundation stone for the campus of the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) in Bhubaneswar. This initiative aims to bolster forensic education and research in India, enhancing the capabilities of law enforcement agencies across the country. Furthermore, he will virtually inaugurate the transit campus of NFSU, which is expected to serve as a vital resource for forensic studies.

This financial support has contributed to the state’s economic growth, with the per capita income rising from ₹1,25,000 in 2014 to ₹2,60,000 currently. Furthermore, the Gross State Domestic Product has seen a significant increase from ₹1,50,000 crores to ₹3,50,000 crores in the same period.

Shah also announced that the Kumbh Mela would be organized in Haridwar in 2027, a major religious event that attracts millions of pilgrims and tourists, further emphasizing the importance of Uttarakhand as a spiritual and cultural hub.
